Volunteer roles:
Welcoming guests
Registering attendees
Collecting and correcting table quiz answer sheets
Stewarding - directing the flow of people
Photography - capturing the event
Hosting activities
Runner - needed by the Director to liaise between all areas
Handing out prizes
Setting up and cleaning the venue
